Cherries in the snow

You will need 1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 1/2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
2 c. Powered sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
9oz. Cool whip
Mix the first 4 ingredients together. Press in 8x12 inch long pan and bake at 350 for 20 mins. Cool. Mix next 3 ingredients until creamy. Add cool whip. Spread over cooled crust and top with a large can of cherry pie filling.

Frosted mini wheats

Frosted mini wheats run in mcgregor, tx sat 1-14-17. I'm beginning to like this horse so easy to ride. Doing great wasn't a winning run but did very well.

Frosted mini wheats barrel training

Frosty has been coming along nice, He has placed in the 1d, 2d, 3d, 4d . but momma likes the little extra money he has been winning. Going to take a little time off this winter, to let him get rested for the year to come, Im ready to see how he turns out. Here is a recent picture.

Here is my boy, he so purdy. Going to be exhibitioning him friday. Will try to get a video of him . he was waiting for me to go over there and pet him, he has been playing with his ball and trying to chew the chain off the gate so he could get out. He loves attention.

Barrel racing frosted mini wheats

This is  frosted mini wheats this is are third run ,he is doing good moved a little faster. Can't wait until he figures it out and I can see what he's really got. He is just loping thru the pattern.

STUFFED JALAPENOS RECIPE

10 -  JALAPENOS
1 - 8 - 12 OZ PHILADELPHIA CREME CHEESE
1PKG - HEB MAPLE BACON

     TAKE YOUR JALAPENOS AND CUT IN HALF D - VANE AND GET ALL SEEDS OUT, WASH THEM,  TAKE A SPOON AND PUT CREME CHEESE ONTO THE JALAPENO EVEN, THEN EITHER CUT BACON PIECES IN HALF OR USE WHOLE WRAP JALAPENO. AND BAKE AT 350 UNTIL BACON LOOKS DONE. THEN EAT . HERE ARE SOME PIC'S.

MY DOGS WANTING TO GO TO BED

My two dogs are watching me play on computer, they are wanting to go to bed. Just got home from barrel race tonight. And my dogs are so happy to see mama. We are going to bed goodnight peeps.

1. This is button's she is a 8yr old jack Russell terrier, she's love's her baths. After she is done the male waits in line for his , just like little kids waiting in line for there baths. Here is a picture of her in the bath tub.
   

BARREL RACE 8-11-16

Was trying to put a video of boomer, so let me try again, this should be Boomers video of his practice run at the Barrel Race Thursday night he is doing great he is not ready to compete yet but someday soon I'm so ready to see what he's got and win some money LOL

BARREL RACE

Took both horses to a barrel race tonight entered frosty which he did OK but no money won. Rode boomer in a few exhibitions. Which are practice runs he did good just needs to go more to get better , here is a video of Frosty running.

BANANA TRIFLE CAKE

RECIPE : SERVES 10-12
1 BOX YELLOW CAKE MIX OR ANGEL FOOD CAKE MIX
1 LG PKG. BANANA PUDDING
3 LARGE BANANAS, SLICED
1 1/2 CUPS SLICED FRESH STRAWBERRIES
1 1/2 - 2 CUPS CHOPPED FRESH PINAPPLES ( 6 OZ CAN, DRAINED)
1 CONTAINER - COOL WHIP, THAWED
1 JAR MARASCHINO CHERRIES, DICED
1/2 CUP PECANS, CHOPPED
1/4 CUP CHOCOLATE SYRUP.

PREPARE THE CAKE AND MAKE SURE IT'S COMPLETELY
COOLED BEFORE ASSEMBLING THE DESSERT.
CUT THE CAKE INTO BITE - SIZED PIECES.
PREPARE THE PUDDING MIX. IN A TRIFLE DISH ( OR LARGE SALAD BOWL ) BREAK UP THE BITE - SIZED PIECES. USING HALF THE CAKE FOR THE FIRST LAYER.
TOP THE CAKE PIECES WITH HALF OF THE PUDDING, 
HALF OF THE BANANAS, HALF OF THE STRAWBERRIES,
HALF OF THE PINAPPLE, HALF OF THE COOL WHIP, HALF OF THE MARASCHINO CHERRIES, HALF OF THE PECANS, HALF OF THE CHOCOLATE SYRUP. REPEATS ALL THESE STEPS AGAIN WITH REMAINING INGREDIENTS.  WILL HAVE FINALE PHOTO WHEN COMPLETE.

EVENING RIDE

Top Pic Frosted Mini Wheats trying to get them both in shape ran barrels on frosty last night for the first time I have ever ran him he ran a 17.3 something not bad for our first time, My friend Traci rode TH Shiny Yella fuel which is pictured at the bottom pic, She just Exhibitioned him which means practice runs .. He also did very well. Will have some videos soon..

Boomer

This is TH Shiny Yella Fuel, He is a 4 yr old registered quarter horse

rode him this morning he is also being trained for barrel racing. He is not ready to run yet

but we have been doing a lot of practicing and a friend of mine also has been riding him for me.

Will be riding him thursday night in some practice runs to get him ready to compete . I'm excited

he is also doing so good.. can't wait to ride.
